Training
Providing training to your employees is a great way to ensure that you are compliant with legislation but also demonstrates a commitment to develop your teams and improve the safety culture of your business.
We can provide accredited IOSH training, both IOSH Working Safely which is a one-day course for general employees along with IOSH Managing Safely, a 3-day course which is ideal for those in supervisory or management positions.
Alongside these accredited courses we can provide a range of courses to upskill your teams, these include courses such as:
- Risk assessment
- Work at height awareness
- Asbestos awareness
- Accident investigation
- Manual Handling
These are an example of our standard courses, we also work with our clients to develop bespoke training to suit their specific requirements.
Auditing
Auditing will serve a number of purposes within your business, whether you are aiming to achieve accreditation to an ISO standard or simply looking to use an audit as a business improvement tool.
We have an ISO 45001 lead auditor in the team, so if you are looking to measure your business and its systems against that standard or reviewing your systems prior to an accreditation audit we can help.
We can also audit your business against your own internal standards, identify any gaps and work with you to implement improvements.
Retained services
Businesses are required to have access to a source of competent advice in relation to health and safety. Many smaller businesses will find it difficult if not impossible to justify the cost of a full-time employee.
We can help by offering you a retained service. In this instance we will become your source of competent advice. We will work with you to develop a suitable plan, in terms of time, access etc. to suit your needs and budget. We can attend your workplace on an agreed basis to ensure you are getting the support you need.
Consultancy
Sometimes you just need someone to run your ideas through who understands what needs to be achieved. By using consultancy services you get to have the independent conversation that could just help steer your next project whether long or short in the right direction. We can stay with you throughout the whole project or just check in at certain milestones.
This type of service may involve supporting your internal teams with something they are doing, developing strategies for delivery of health and safety goals or commitments or developing your internal resource.
