About Us
We wanted to start our own business to be able to help businesses in our way. To be flexible with our approach in a way that some other businesses can’t. We wanted to get a balance between work and life for ourselves, we knew that we could work together and the skills that we have individually, complement one another in a team so what did we have to lose! We wanted to create partnerships with businesses and engage them in a way of working that was simple and realistic. Health and safety can seem like piles of regulations with no indication on where to start. We help businesses get to a place where it seems less daunting. Those that are a little further on in the health and safety journey may want to look at making improvements and we can support those as well.
So how do we do all that?
Usually, we start with a discussion and maybe a site visit, talk about what your concerns or areas that you need help with. We pride ourselves on working with integrity, being honest and open when it comes to what we may advise. We don’t have off the shelf packages, each plan or project is based on your needs.
Our approach is guided by you, and we just bring our imaginative way of doing things, from IOSH Managing safely, to courses that we create based on your business. You may like support with Health and safety meetings, client audits, you may want to be audited against the ISO standards and we can help with that. Whatever it is, sometimes having independent, honest fresh eyes on an area of your business helps to move things along, constantly making sure you are compliant, you and your workforce is protected.
